Refund

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 484-426-8198 OR EMAIL INFO@PHATONTOMSCANNABLISS.COM BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Phantoms Cannabliss product at a retail location, or through a website other than Phantoms Cannabliss.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.

If you purchased from www.Phantomscannabliss.com and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 7 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 7 days from when the order was delivered.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.

If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at info@phantomscannabliss.com or here.

The email must contain:

  • Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”
  • A description of what happened
  • Photo of the product in question
  • Photo of the box
  • Photo of the packaging slip

Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.

In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. If you ship product back to us in a more expensive manner than otherwise available, you will be responsible for the difference between the higher and lower shipping rates.

All returns (if granted) are subject to a restocking fee and/or will be denied a refund for the shipping cost. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

We retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

Shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. All retail orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days, but may take longer at any given time, for any given reason.  We ship via USPS first class or priority mail which then typically takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States). We also offer FedEx shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time for any reason. Please note that at this time USPS will not deliver to Military Bases and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order to one of these locations your order will be placed on an indefinite hold and you may be banned from future purchases at our sole discretion. Once a package leaves our facility and/or makes it into the possession of the carrier, Phantoms Cannabliss is no longer liable for the status or location of your order. Note that any attempt or request to cancel or chargeback an order after it is placed or shipped, will be viewed as attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service, and we may, in our sole discretion, prevent you from ordering from any or all websites and retail locations operated by us or our affiliated companies. If we deem your interactions with Phantoms Cannabliss to be fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious in any way, as determined by Phantoms Cannabliss, in our sole discretion, we may share your information with other companies as someone associated with a high fraud risk. This may cause others to not sell to you or otherwise transact any form of business with you. This may also lead to others commenting on your interactions with Phantoms Cannabliss. You accept all of these potential outcomes as part of your request to cancel your order, seek a refund, force an outcome on your order, or extort product or money from Phantoms Cannabliss, as defined by Phantoms Cannabliss, in our sole discretion, at any given time now or in the future. All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are not guaranteed a response. There is no right of privacy to anything you send to Phantoms Cannabliss customer service, whether written, telephoned, or communicated in any way. Phantoms Cannabliss uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive a phone call or email from our customer service department. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent. Based on the value of your order, Phantoms Cannabliss customer service department may reach out to you to verify additional information to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the order. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent.

PLEASE BE AWARE: DUE TO THE CURRENT LEGAL CLASSIFICATION OF DELTA 8  THC IN SOME REGIONS, WE CANNOT SHIP DANK-LITE THC PRODUCTS TO  THE FOLLOWING STATES AT THIS TIME : ALASKA, ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, COLORADO, DELAWARE, IDAHO, IOWA, MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND,  VERMONT AND UTAH. ANY PHANTOMS CANNABLISS DELTA 8 PRODUCTS ORDERED TO THESE STATES WILL BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CORRESPONDING ORDERS.
